Overview
My first priority is to provide excellent service to sellers, buyers, and real estate investors. I help sellers sell fast in the shortest period of time for the most money. I help buyers negotiate the best terms and win the bid when competing.
God first, family and business.
I was a stay-at-home mom for many years. I went from baking cookies to the board room. I’ve been helping families since 1994 buy and sell real estate. I offer clients a complimentary home buying or selling strategy session in person or on zoom.
I am a certified corporate relocation specialist experienced in working with banks, servicing companies, and Hud.
I work with first-time buyers, existing homeowners, looking to move up to their next property, and investors, looking to expand their portfolios wholesalers, flippers, and landlords looking to maximize their return on investment.
I support seniors with Estate Planning and downsizing.
I consult with families who are experiencing financial hardships and or the loss of a loved one (homeowner) with negotiating, short sales, and loan modifications preventing foreclosure, probate, and property inheritance issues.
I have developed a vast network of resources and professional allies for decades, ensuring that my clients are receiving the highest level of service and support.
